The audit of accounts for Minster-on-Sea Parish Council for the year ending 31 March 2002 has been completed and the accounts have been published.

The Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) is available for inspection by any local government elector of the area of Minster-on-Sea Parish Council on application to:-

Trish Hamilton (Parish Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer, Minster-on-Sea Parish Council, Love Lane, Minster-on-Sea, Sheerness, Kent ME12 2LP

The hours during which inspection rights may be exercised subject to the appointment being confirmed are weekdays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 10 am and 12 noon.

Copies will be provided to any person meeting the criteria on payment of £1 for each copy of the AGAR.
